Qualified implementation of customer requirements in steel.

In our design office, we are able to process all common 2D and 3D data formats. Our welding engineers process your drawings and implement your wishes and specifications. This guarantees the utmost precision as a basis for further processing.

CAM programming.

Highest precision in the implementation of your data.

Our customers' CAD data, preferably in 3D, is processed and optimized for implementation in our mechanical production, so that any discrepancies can be clarified in advance and production according to the drawings is guaranteed.

Flame cutting.

We burn sheets up to 12 x 3 meters!

We have modern flame cutting machines at our facilities. Our CNC machines are capable of producing flame cut parts up to 200 mm thick, up to 12 meters long, and up to 3.6 meters wide. Our flame cutting machines are each equipped with multiple oxyacetylene torches. A modern plasma torch is also available if required. Laser cutting is also possible. This allows us to produce flame cut parts using the most cost-effective manufacturing process for our customers.

Our machines:

  • CNC burning machine with a maximum burning width of 3,600 mm and a length of 7,000 mm, equipped with 2 oxyacetylene torches.
  • CNC burning machine with a maximum burning width of 3,600 mm and a length of 12,000 mm, equipped with 4 oxyacetylene torches and a plasma torch.

Both machines have an extraction system to meet environmental requirements.

Locksmith.

Steel takes shape.

Our experienced metalworkers have access to all the production facilities needed to assemble our customers' parts cost-effectively and according to their drawings, meeting quality requirements. We shape the individual parts on our circular machine and press brake. We place particular emphasis on proper weld seam preparation. Our flexible assembly workstations can accommodate parts of a wide variety of lengths and widths. Assembly tables for setting up assembly fixtures are available specifically for the production of small series or repeat parts. These assembly tables were purchased specifically for small series of 2-10 parts. Parts can be assembled precisely and reliably on an assembly area of 2,500 x 6,000 mm.

Welding.

We implement welding techniques.

We use the MAG welding process in compliance with the relevant regulations. The experience of our certified welders is paramount in these workplaces. Our welders are supported by the latest generation of welding equipment. If necessary, we use welding turntables to simplify the welding process and increase reliability.

At the customer’s request, the welds can be subjected to an ultrasonic test.

Heat treatment.

We are able to stress-relieve components up to a length of 10 meters and a unit weight of 50 t.

We place particular emphasis on precision and the highest quality – we have also been experts in the field of heat treatment for 30 years. Especially in stress relieving, we have relied on our precise expertise from the very beginning to the present day.

In order to minimize stresses in the material or in a wide variety of workpieces, we carry out stress-relieving annealing several times a week – also as a basis for precise mechanical processing.

Two annealing furnaces are available on-site for this purpose. Our furnaces are equipped with remote control, a GSM emergency system, digital process monitoring, and digital data archiving, thus guaranteeing reliable annealing with special programs up to 650°C.

Surface treatment on a large scale.

In our large and modern blasting cabinets, we are able to remove scale, rust and/or other surface deposits from components of any type up to a size of 10,000 x 3,600 x 4,500 mm and a unit weight of up to 50 t, in order to optimally prepare them for subsequent processing.

Priming.

Optimal corrosion protection for your components.

Immediately after sandblasting, the components are primed with a two-component primer to ensure optimal corrosion protection. A single-component primer is also used upon customer request.

Primer: 2K Epoxy RAL 7035 and according to customer requirements

Industrial painting.

Everything from a single source, right down to the surface finish.

We add color to metal. To round out our portfolio, all components are finally painted in our in-house paint shop, individually tailored to your specifications.

The color scheme is always customized to the customer's specifications. Whether smooth or textured paint, matte, semi-gloss, or glossy, single-color or multi-color – our paint shop team expertly performs all work steps, from surface pretreatment to priming and painting.

CNC machining.

We process components up to a length of 20 meters and a unit weight of 80 tons.

We can handle a wide range of machining tasks on our machining centers, boring mills, lateral and gantry milling machines. Based on CAM or drawing data, our experienced boring operators tackle even the most demanding challenges. Quality and precision are our top priority. State-of-the-art machine and tool technology, combined with the precision of our production facilities and the experience of our employees, guarantee the highest precision.

All necessary measuring instruments, which are recalibrated on a regular basis, are available for measuring and documenting the measurement results.

Not only welded constructions are processed, but also all cast parts and components made of stainless steel and aluminum with a unit weight of approx. 300 kg to 80 tons.
