In our design office, we are able to process all standard 2D and 3D data formats. Our welding engineers process your drawings and realize your wishes and specifications. This enables us to guarantee the utmost precision as the basis for further processing.
CAM Programming.

Our customers‘ CAD data, preferably in 3D, is processed and optimized here for implementation in our mechanical production, so that discrepancies can be clarified in advance and production in accordance with the drawings is guaranteed.
Flame cutting.
We burn sheets up to 12 x 3 meters!
We have modern flame-cutting machines in our factories. Our CNC machines enable us to produce flame-cut parts up to 200 mm thick, up to 12 meters long and up to 3.6 meters wide. Our flame-cutting machines are each equipped with several oxy-fuel torches. If required, the modern plasma torch can be used. Laser cutting is also possible. This enables us to manufacture flame-cut parts using the most economical production process for our customers.

Steel gets into shape.
Our experienced fitters have all the production equipment they need to assemble our customers‘ parts cost-effectively and in accordance with the quality requirements specified in the drawings. We shape the individual parts on our rounding machine and press brake. We attach particular importance to preparing weld seams in accordance with regulations. Parts of various lengths and widths can be assembled on our flexible assembly workstations. Assembly tables for setting up assembly devices are available especially for the production of small series or repeat parts. These assembly tables were purchased especially for small series of 2 – 10 parts. Parts can be assembled precisely and reliably on an assembly area of 2,500 x 6,000 mm.
Welding.
We realize welding techniques.
We weld using the MAG process in compliance with the relevant regulations. The experience of our certified welders is paramount at these workplaces. Our welders are supported by the latest generation of welding equipment. If required, welding turntables are used to make the welding process easier and more reliable.
At the customer’s request, the weld seams can be subjected to a US test.

Heat treatment.
We are able to anneal components up to a length of 10 meters and a unit weight of 50 t with low stress.
We attach particular importance to precision and the highest quality – we have also been professionals in the field of heat treatment for 30 years. We have relied on our precise expertise in stress-relief annealing in particular from the very beginning until today.
In order to minimize stresses in the material or in a wide variety of workpieces, we carry out stress-relief annealing several times a week – also as a basis for precise mechanical processing.
Two annealing furnaces are available on site for this purpose. Our furnaces are equipped with remote control, GSM telecontrol system, digital process monitoring and digital data archiving, thus guaranteeing reliable annealing with special programs up to 650°C.

In our large and modern blast cabinets, we are able to remove scale, rust and/or other surface adhesions from all types of components up to a size of 10,000 x 3,600 x 4,500 mm and a unit weight of up to 50 tons, in order to optimally prepare them for subsequent further processing.

Industrial painting.
Everything from a single source, right up to the surface finish.
We bring color to metal. To round off our portfolio, all components are painted to your individual requirements in our in-house paint shop.
The coloring is always done according to customer requirements. Whether smooth or textured paint, matt, semi-gloss or glossy, single or multi-colored – our team in the paint shop carries out all work steps professionally, from pre-treatment of the surfaces to priming and painting.
CNC machining.
We process components up to a length of 20 meters and a unit weight of 80 tons.
On our machining centers, boring mills, lateral and portal milling machines, we can handle a wide variety of machining tasks. On the basis of CAM or drawing data, our experienced drillers can handle the most demanding challenges. Quality and precision are the order of the day. State-of-the-art machine and tool technology combined with the machine accuracy of our production facilities and the experience of our employees guarantee maximum precision.
All the necessary measuring equipment, which is recalibrated at regular intervals, is available for measuring and documenting the measurement results.
We not only machine welded constructions, but also all cast parts and components made of stainless steel and aluminum with a unit weight of approx. 300 kg to 80 tons.
