Heat treatment on a large scale.
We are capable of smouldering parts without stress up to a length of 10 metres and a weight of 50 tonnes.
We place special emphasis on precision and the best quality – we’re professionals in the field of heat treatment with 30 years under our belts. Especially in the field of stress-free heat treatment, we are proud of our precise knowhow that has served us well from the beginning and continues to do so.
To minimise stress in the material or in different work pieces, we perform stress-free heat treatment several times a week. This also serves as a basis for accurate machine processing.
Two on-site heat treatment furnaces are available for this purpose. Our ovens are equipped with remote controls, GSM telephone emergency systems, digital process monitoring and digital data archiving; they thus guarantee process-conscious heat treatment with special operation options up to 650° C.
